My entry for NVArt - Design Fusion competition

http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?p=5189177#post5189177

I have combined between abstract design and digital painting and mixed them together to create and shape a fantasy world that befit for any type of fantasy creature

i have chosen the goldfish for that kind of environment .. truly , the idea came to me while i were watching some real photos for the goldfish via the internet, i was wondering if i could make it looks like the queen in here own world therefore i have built this environment and designed those type of armor as an outfit for here body.. i kind like them after all

It took me around 3 weeks to end this piece in a decent way ... i had to double the image dimension to get enough resolution to work with, therefore the real dimension are 5120 pixels width by 3200 pixels Height

No driven deviantart works at all ... i had to create 3 fantasy brush to get that ornamental look i aiming for.

My fantasy goldfish was digitally painted and those solid abstract shape in front were done in 3D ... the rest are 2d design

software
photoshop & 3dsmax

Hopefully i have done a good job there

cheers!

Hi Everyone!

this my latest work ^^
I wanted to challenge myself and make something I have never done before. I used a mix of matte painting techniques and my own way doing custom design ...

i chose a mechanical theme and an interior lighting scenario because they both are hard to nail..at least for me ^^

This piece took me around 1 month for experimenting and another month to end it in a decent way .

the piece 3700 pixels width by 4800 pixels Height and i will print it eventually.

one thing to mention... realty was not my goal ... but a story to tell was what I was aiming for!

Hopefully i have done a good job here and my deep sorry for the dead center comp.

cheers

Ashes To Ashes

My third entry for NVArt ...
Ok. this piece was really annoying to me, whereas i had several crash while am in the creation process... i had tried several method to get my concept come out to life... still non of them work fine to me, and for the sake of delivery time, since there is no much time left, i ended this fight with this result.

my concept here is to illustrate in abstraction way, the several stages of humanity growth or progression from birth to death,

the point of this piece... we should always remember that we should enjoy and take advantage of every second of our life because time always short and death don't knock our door

death can consume us at any time without knowing, without even feeling... all human had been created from ashes and eventually, they will return to ashes.

3DsMax + Photoshop
